• WHAT IF THERE ARE SERVICE DELAYS

I AM HUTKE FASHION BRAND is not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays due to bad weather, natural disasters or clearance delays. Best thing to do in situations like this, would be to directly contact the courier company with the provided tracking number to receive updates.

• WHAT IF THE PACKAGE IS RETURNED DUE TO FAILED DELIVERY

For any failed attempts of delivery pertaining to an incorrect address, maximum of 2 attempts will be made to reach to you – I AM HUTKE FASHION BRAND does not take responsibility for shipping fees pertaining to the return shipment of your order. If your order is returned to us and it is to be sent to you again, you will have to pay the shipping fees. we only can accept return if it's initiated within 5 days of purchase
