Return & Exchanges

• You can exchange product once , if you have Size issue, Manufacturing defects &/or wrong product deliveries (also we thoroughly check the quality before delivering the products)
• Free size exchange once on same product/ design/color
• We offer 2 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. This means you have only 2 days to generate a return and exchange request from the date of delivery
• To be eligible for an exchange, Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn &/or unused, with tags- not removed, and in its original packaging as it is (entire packaging should be the same as delivered with every content) You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (bill/ invoice).
• If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund nor exchange would be provided
• Once order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled because we dispatch instantly.
• Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the size you need will be in stock due to limited stocks. If the size you need is not available, we will issue you a store credit.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
